There is safe swimming, paddling and boating in the river with the farm offering guests the use of 2 double kayaks on which to explore the bird life along the river. Guests will enjoy mountain walks, challenging mountain biking, wonderful bird life, a night sky full of uninterrupted stars and depending on the time of year; olive and grape picking. Long Thin Farm offers simple, well-equipped, self-catering for an easy-going getaway. Available to book one of the 3 single houses, or as an entire property for special occasions, retreats or weddings. The Farm House is situated on the Riverbed, offering 3 bedrooms (6 sleeper), own private pool, pizza oven and stunning entertainment area looking over the river. There are two Cottages, Stone Cottage offers 2 bedrooms (4 sleeper) and Milkwood Cottage offers 1 bedroom (2 sleeper), both elevated slightly above the river (a 325m walk down to the riverbed through the farm's olive grove), both boast spectacular views from the veranda. Bath towels are provided but swimming and recreation towels are BYO.
