Luxury Living on Westview is a family friendly house in the prestigious area of Mill Park. The house is beautifully furnished featuring large living areas, uncapped fiber internet, braai with pizza oven, games room, netflix and much more. A sunny balcony overlooks the pool and stunning garden. The property also offers a solar geyser, water tanks and an inverter for the TV and wi-fi. You will be centrally located to Sport Parks, Hospitals, Restaurants, Schools and Malls.

Known as Port Elizabeth’s garden suburb because of the leafy streets and large gardens, Mill Park lies in the heart of the city, close to Greenacres Shopping centre, the Port Elizabeth golf club and St George’s Park. Residents speak about the special quality of Mill Park - the minimal traffic that makes it safe enough for children to ride in the streets and for people to walk their dogs. And the large upmarket homes, many of them restored Victorian and Tudor-style mansions; do indeed give visitors the impression of having stepped back in time.
