M&M Self Catering is a fully furnished house in Birdswood, Richards Bay and can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.
This self-catering unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both of the bedrooms are furnished with 2 three-quarter beds and they share the bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
There is an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and air-conditioning. There is also a dining area that can seat 4 guests.
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and there is a TV with DStv and streaming services. Guests also have access to braai facilities.
The property has a separate entrance and has secure parking behind an electronic gate and a garage.
Kindly note that rules will be explained to guests and that only allowed amount of Persons booked will be allowed on property, No GUESTS ALLOWED and NO PETS ALLOWED.
About 8km from the beach and 5km to shopping centre. Neigbourhood is ver safe and in a good area.
