MASTER BEDROOM The Master bedroom has direct access onto the sea-facing balcony. Large, comfortable double bed En-suite bathrooms with shower, basin & toilet 2nd BEDROOM Spacious 2nd bedroom with 2 x single beds or 1 x King En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & basin KITCHEN Fully equipped with high-spec finishings. Gas stove-top and electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge as expected. DINING There is a lovely 4-seater dining table with chairs positions by the sea-facing window, with wonderful ocean views. A 2 person 'breakfast-bar' in the kitchen adds an extra coffee spot or seating fo guests to keep the cook company ;) On the balcony there is an additional 2-seater 'bar' with high-stools for guests to enjoy their morning coffee or evening sundowners with fresh ocean air. TV & WIFI There is a SMART TV in the living room (No cable TV/DSTV) Free fast Wifi and Netflix account provided. ​ PARKING There is 1 x designated parking space available to guests, behind a security gate. ***the turn into this spot is very tight, so only small vehicles will fit (polo vivo/similar) There is additional free parking across the road in the public parking lot subject to availability, with car guards. BACKUP FOR LOADSHEDDING An Inverter & battery has now been installed - 10 Nov 2023 All plugs and lights, TV & wifi will continue to work during loadshedding. There is a gas stovetop in kitchen for cooking, however the oven will not work. *tumble dryer, kettle and microwave should not be used during loadshedding as they drain the battery very quickly. *the geyser is not connected to the inverter, so use hot water sparingly during Loadshedding.

The apartment has one of the best views in the area for whale watching. It is located in the heart of Hermanus, surrounded by vibrant restaurants and galleries. The infamous Hemel en Aarde wine route is a close 15min drive away, boasting some of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines in the world (a must visit). Most amenities are within walking distance to the apartment ( supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, bars, art galleries, tidal-pools, tourist attractions, markets, etc).
