Discover the perfect blend of luxury and convenience in our stunning, newly built 2-bedroom unit.Nestled on the ground level, this home offers everything you need for comfortable and modern living. This unit offers two spacious bedrooms with built in cupboards and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove , oven , microwave , fridge , washing machine , dishes and cutlery. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. It offers free high speed Wi-Fi and 24hour security. The complex is fully electrical fenced with security cameras located within the complex and offers secure parking onsite. We have a resort style pool where you can dive into relaxation just steps from your door. It is close to shopping malls , dining, and entertainment venues , hospitals and pharmacies.

Strictly no visitors, parties or events allowed. Please be advised that no extra overnight visitors are allowed to stay at the property.

Guests will be contacted by the host after booking confirmation.

A refundable breakage/damage deposit of R500 is required and must be paid directly to the host at least 7 days prior to check in.

Please note the deposit is not included in the total cost paid upon booking.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out ,once the apartment has been inspected and confirmed to be in good order.

In the event of any damages or breakages , the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit ,and the balance (if any) will be refunded.

未满18岁的客人仅可在父/母或官方监护人陪同下办理入住。
