Our home in Klipkop Estate, Grabouw is a nature lovers paradise. Set in a large tranquil garden, you'll enjoy the sound of the river at the bottom of the property. With regular sightings of endemic birds such as Cape Batis, Gymogene, various ducks, sunbirds and owls- our home is the perfect place for you to unwind and relax. We cater to families as well as couples or friends looking for a centrally located spot to explore the Elgin Valley and surrounds. You'll love our deck which overlooks the sprawling lawn and your own firepit (with complimentary wood) to sit around the fire in the evenings, star gaze and enjoy a glass of your favourite drink.

Our guests love the large open lawn and the feeling of wide open space. Our neighbourhood is also very quiet. At night its really dark as our neighbourhood does not have street lights (so you can star gaze at night). The neighbourhood has a feeling of being in the "countryside" with many of our neighbours having chickens, horses and various pets. The kids love walking around the neighbourhood for this reason. In addition we have world class trails on our doorstep where you can hike, trail run or mountain bike (MTB). The opportunities for outdoor activities are second to none. The views of the mountains are pretty epic too!
