Welcome to the tallest hemp building in the world. Boasting breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the cityscape. Neighbourgood 84 Harrington consists of 50 fully equipped, self-contained apartments, each offering en-suite bathrooms, dedicated work areas and kitchens, including everything you might need for a short or long stay.
Guests will have access to a full range of amenities and communal spaces. The interior of the building mirrors the artistic spirit of the vibrant neighbourhood around it: creative flair with an added sense of minimalism and sophistication. Every space is fitted with high-end finishes that complement the elegance and innovation of the building itself. The eco-conscious architecture and ethos of the building made of hemp bricks, is reflected in its furnishing. Many furniture elements have been carefully crafted by local South African businesses, in a bid to support the local economy.
