Sandpiper and Cormorant Apartment are 2 apartments in one house in Pnaradise Beach Langebaan. Cormorant is 3 bedroom family apartment is on the ground floor and suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. Sandpiper is a one bedroom honeymoon suite. Both are tastefully decorated with an open plan living area, large flat LCD TV, DSTV Wifi, fully equipped kitchen . Cormorant has a weber barbecue in an enclosed court yard. Sandpiper has an indoor built in fire place and barbecue. Please note there are no sea views at Cormorant only a street view. Great seaviews from Sandpiper. Max 2 cars allowed per apartment. Parking for 1 car in a secure garage, 1 off road Parking. Three minute walk to the beach. No pets allowed.
Paul and Jolene are out going and adventurous , have sailed across the Atlantic ocean twice, traveled and camped extensively in Southern Africa, Europe and the USA. Lived in the UK for 7 years. Paul is a sailing instructor and property developer. Jolene is a qualified life coach and entrepreneur, she grew up on the West Coast and is a perfect hostess and perfect local tourist guide. Paul loves sailing and fishing. Both love hiking, entertaining and good music.
Paradise Beach is conveniently situated for exploring the West Coast National Park, Paternoster and the Fossil Park. The beach is 300 yards away and is wind protected and safe for swimming. Hiking and a birding paradise.
