For birding enthusiasts, sit on the patio with binoculars and your camera and capture the vast amount they are right on your doorstep. Bushbuck and Samango monkeys keep you entertained as they pass through the trees. A very quite and serene environment with the only noise been that of nature.
I live in the complex and am able to assist wherever necessary.
Your vehicle is parked in front of the unit, it is a very safe environment with access from the gate via guards and security personnel patrol the complex in the evenings, giving you piece of mind.
