Brand New Completely Renovated Lovely holiday home in stunning Paradyskloof - Stellenbosch. Offering so much space to make many memorable summer and winter holiday memories with your loved ones. This home has one huge backyard with a large glistening blue swimming pool, a jungle gym, trampoline, fire pit, three BBQ area and two outdoor dining areas with two fire places inside for the winter months. The space: This house has 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms , 3 large entertainment areas. It is very kiddie friendly and perfect for a couple or 1 to 3 families for one large family gathering. The dining areas seats 12 people per area and there are three living area's with two fully fitted out kitchens, There are two indoor fireplaces and aircons. Fully equipped with 2 kitchens with a dish washer in each washing machine, 3 fridges, 2 Microwaves, air fryer, espresso machine. There is an inverter for any power cuts - it runs the whole house except for stove and oven. Fast wi-fi, 3 TV’s. Electric fencing and alarm, great securitu A cleaner is included in the price for Mondays to Fridays (weekdays), a cleaner can be arranged at an additional cost for Saturdays and Sundays.
The House is Brand New and we want it to be a blessing to people visiting Stellenbosch to discover the beauty of this old town. It is a very good area to explore all of cape town and the cape winelands are of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. It is close to some of the best wineries in stellenbosch. We have been living in Stellenbosch for decades so can give you great recommendations of what to do and the best places to visit, give great ideas for families and where to eat at in the area.
