Less than five minutes walk to the beach.Lots of free parking at the beach. Residential swimming pool. 2nd floor flat. 24 hour security with body corporate administered access. Cleaning services.
The body corporate staff is professional and hospitable. The finances are run by priffedtionals who budget, plan and consult in terms of ensuring that the property is user friendly.
Full access to sea view. Situated at a short walk to the town for any necessities.Abundance of fast food and restaurants at the beach and in town. Well policed and monitored area by SAPS. Well kept and clean part of Scottsburg.
