Tastefully decorated 45 sqm self-contained studio garden cottage. 10 to 15 minute walk to two popular Yacht Training schools. The TV, wifi and lights are available during load shedding. The apartment is on the owner's property and has its own entrance. Own covered parking area. Ideal for a couple on holiday, business traveler or student. Close to local farm village, harbor with excellent restaurants, bars, and boat cruises. Chapman Peak, Long Beach, and Constantia Wine Route are all nearby.
