The penthouse has a 180 degree view of the ocean from the front room and one can see the whales playing in the ocean while sitting in the front room or master bedroom. It is a prime location right on the ocean and one can walk to all of the better restaurants and premier shopping areas. One does not need a car. It has recently been renovated with a fresh layer of paint and new furniture. It is very safe. The lift can be adjusted to go only to the penthouse. There is a security gate at the entrance and it can be opened only with a special code or a remote.
