Our family have lived here for the past 12 years and really enjoy sharing the beauty and tranquility of this valley with our guests.
Conservation is a priority at Diepklowe Private Nature Reserve, which is home to the endangered indigenous vegetation, Renosterveld. We are proudly affiliated with various conservation efforts, such as Cape Nature, the Groenlandberg Conservancy, Conservation at Work, Table Mountain Fund and others. We have developed wonderful walking and hiking trails that include our conservancy neighbours and offer spectacular views from the top of the hills. There are rare and endangered plant species endemic to the farm, a host of wildlife and extraordinary birdlife, crowned by a pair of Verreaux eagles.
