Prinspoort Klein Karoo Stay offers a variety of self-catering accommodation in two picturesque mountain units and a spacious farmhouse, each with its own distinct character. Nestled in the foothills of the Swartberg Mountain on a working farm, about 45km from Ladismith and just 25km from the famous Route 62, these luxury guest cottages will give you a taste of farm life in the magical setting of the Klein Karoo. All our units are fully equipped for self-catering but we have added a touch of luxury by offering filter coffee for the plunger and homemade buttermilk rusks in addition to the good quality coffee sachets, tea, milk and sugar on offer at your coffee station. For your convenience, we also offer salt and pepper, a small quantity of sunflower oil and a free bag of firewood and firelighters. All our units have patios with plunge pools. The two mountain chalets provide portable gas braai on the patio as well as an outside fire pit while the farmhouse villa (Holiday home) features a built-in braai on the front patio and a inside braai.
I love spoiling my guests and making their stay at Prinspoort Klein Karoo Stay a memorable and pleasant one. We offer a welcome baskets with bread, jam and cheese for guests who stay more than one night as well as nibbles for furry friends We are situated strategically on the Klein Karoo Gravel Corridor and is an ideal stop-over for mountain bike cyclists who love to roam the beautiful and isolated dust roads of the Klein Karoo.
The Klein Karoo offers an ancient environment and unique fauna and flora. Guests love the stars at night, the quiet and the isolation. The Swartberg is a landmark mountain in the Klein Karoo and Towerkop at Ladismith one of the highest and most distinctive peaks of the Swartberg.
