Quaint Cottage on the outskirts of historic Simon's Town. Conveniently close to Shopping Mall and walking distance to beaches and public transport.
Close to local attractions like Boulders Beach and Cape Point National Park.
Close to SAMTRA (South African Maritime Training Academy) and Pisces Dive School.

We have a quiet suburb on the edge wild Cape bush. We are often visited by Mongoose, Porcupine, Peacock, Guinea Fowl, Tortoise and have Caracals in the area.
We have a shopping center 600m away which provides for grocery shopping, fine dining clothes shopping, fitness and medical care.
We have access to beautiful beaches and nature reserves with close proximity to train stations.
The best way to travel the area is in a hired car but there are also plenty of Uber and Bolt drivers in the area. If you want to travel all the way to town there is a public train that runs nearby
