Ramsgate Rendezvous 3 – sleeps 6 Ramsgate Rendezvous 3 is a modern and beautifully furnished, 6 sleeper, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor unit in a secure complex in Ramsgate, with beautiful sea views. The unit has around 40 stairs from the parking area and is very close to the beach gate. The main bedroom has a beautiful sea view and is fitted with a queen bed, beautiful built in cupboards, a ceiling fan and has an en-suite modern bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a ceiling fan, as well as a portable standing fan and the second bedroom has a bunk bed fitted with 2 single beds, as well as a small desk and portable ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share the modern second bathroom which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is very modern and fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also has an eating nook which seats 6. The complex has a laundry room so washing can be done there. The lounge and dining room area seats 6 people and a flat screen TV is provided with an open view decoder so should you wish to watch TV you please need to bring with your own decoder and smart card, (no Explora) or else hire from the local supplier in Margate. A large patio, with panoramic sea views, is off the lounge with patio furniture seating 6, and an umbrella as well as a kettle braai which is provided for your use. There is a swimming pool in the complex and an undercover parking bay is allocated to this unit as well as secure visitor’s parking at the front of the complex. There is direct beach access via a beach gate and Ramsgate main beach is about 200m away and shops and restaurants within the immediate vicinity. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach. It’s also the only town along the South Coast to boast its’ own freshwater Olympic sized pool. Ramsgate is also home to the Famous Waffle House amongst many other local attractions.
