Red door cottage is your home away from home. Studio accommodation with Queen size bed living area and full kitchen and private bathroom allow you to kick back and relax We offer a private covered outdoor patio with majestic views of the Wilderness reserve Island Lake and the Hoekwil hills. The studio is attached to the main house but has designated parking and its own entrance it is within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by world famous hiking and bird trails We do have a friendly and gentle much loved pooch called Holly who lives on the property, and who will probably visit you during your stay. Access to the property is via a steep narrow driveway which is not suitable for trailers,boats or caravans We have a range of ready to eat frozen meals which can be ordered ahead of time to allow you to relax completely whist you are with us.
I thoroughly enjoy the hospitality scene having been involved in it my whole life - We have tried to create a space which is comfortable,private and peaceful and we sincerely trust you will enjoy staying with us - we live on the property so we are on hand to assist if problems and make suggestions as to how our guests can enjoy the beauty and relaxation that Wilderness has to offer.
the village is 5 minutes away for shopping, entertainment and wonderful restaurants, beautiful beaches are within walking distance of the cottage The neighborhood is safe to jog, walk and hike
