The Red Rooster is a private free-standing cottage, surrounded by a wild
organic garden.There is 1 double bed down stairs in an open plan,
light space, which opens onto a secluded patio.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and a little bathroom with shower.
Towels are provided.
It is suitable for 2 people, but can accommodate a further 2 on request,
the price will be adjusted.
It is an ideal space for nature lovers and creative people.
The cottage is available for long term rental. Please inquire about an adjusted price.
As I am an artist the cottage and surrounds are full of interesting, quirky
objects. The studio can be visited,as well. there is a collection a spectacular
succulents, which are of interest to plant lovers.
My partner is a qualified chef, who can create a meal for you on request.
Guests are also welcome to pick their own dinner from the organic garden, at a small cost, and within season.
The cottage is safe, set in a quiet area of the town, yet within walking facilities to shops, restaurants, etc. Barrydale offers a few restaurants, but also great hikes into the close by mountains.
