Rose Cottage is an immaculate and stylish ground floor house in Caribbean Estate comprising of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Guests love the privacy of the house and the tasteful decor elements that have gone into the decor. The master bedroom has an extra-king size bed with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, basin and toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds, with each ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and basin. When entering the house one is greeted by the classic look and feel of the open-plan area. It consists of a formal dining table and chairs with comfy couches and a tv. The kitchen flows from the dining area to the right of the property, while the verandah leads from the living area to the back of the property. Two bedrooms are to the left side of the house entrance, while the master bedroom is on the right side, with an additional guest toilet in that wing of the house. The outside has a braai area and a dining table with chairs. Strolling through the beautiful gardens to the hill ensures you will have an amazing view of the lagoon and a slight sea view. Standout features include free wifi, while guests will also love the availability of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. You can relax on those hot and humid summer days as the house has four air conditioners. You can also watch Dstv and Neflix, while Showmax is also available. A small tranquil space has also been created before entering the property… an ideal space to sit and listen to the fountain with a book in the hand, escaping the rate race! The house can accommodate up to six people. Housekeeping is done on daily basis, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. The house has a spacious driveway and a double garage. Please note that the garage will only be available occasionally for your vehicle. Please inquire should this be of utmost importance. A power inverter with a battery is another benefit of the property.

Caribbean Estates is fortunate that it's located on the South Coast with tons of stuff to do in the area. However you do not have to leave the Estate to have a great time.
