The property is our family home. As children, we wanted to retain the home that has so many memories for us and also make our home available to visitors to stay at while in Witsand. The home is very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. There is a full kitchen, with separate living room and dining room. The kitchen has all the comforts of home with a full stove, fridge with top freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are areas of the use that will not be available to renters and are private. There is a well established private garden for children to play in and also is walking distance from a lovely public park. The beach is a 5 min drive away and then river is even closer with great opportunities for fishing from the river bed and newly built jetty.
