Please Note that Property includes a 4 bedroom Guest house and a one bedroom flat above the garage. There are thus other people on the property but Guests have exclusive use of the 4 bedroom guest house, kitchen, living room, pool and barbecue area. The only possible interaction is through the shared entrance lobby or the pathway to the gate. The two people are mature and have lived there for years without incident or complaint. The use of the guest house is exclusive but there are others on the property.
I am a friendly and hospitable host that wants guests to enjoy their stay, come back again and recommend us to others.
