Centrally located near the hub of Bright Street, Sage Cottage is within walking distance to 6 restaurants, some boutique shops and estate agents, the Somerset West Country Club, and several medical and dermatological practices and is a 5 minute drive to Vergelegen MediClinic, 15 minute drive to Stellenbosch and 30 minute drive to the Cape Town International Airport. The home is an old building with historical charm.
