3 Bedroom(1Q , 4x singles), 2 Bathrooms(combo) with 180 degree golf course view . Open plan living area. Well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave ,water tank and Wi-Fi. Aircon in living area and all bedrooms. 2 large patios with a braai. This villa is equipped with a water tank and inverter for the TV , Wi-Fi and lights .
