The apartment has Air-conditioning in the 2 Sea Facing Bedrooms & Lounge/Dining(living) Area. Complex has a BBQ facilities. 1 Parking Dedicated to the Apartment 24/7, additional parking available. Direct gate access to the main Umhlanga Swimming Beach. Cleaning:-The apartment is serviced once a week additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost please request on booking.(excluding Sundays, Public Holidays) The space:- Bedroom 1 -King Extra Length -Aircon. Bedroom 2 -Double Bed -Aircon. Bedroom 3 -2 Single Beds -Fan. Living Area -Aircon, with Corner Lounge(40" TV), DSTV(Satellite)Premium, Wi-Fi included throughout apartment, 6 Seater Dining Area & access to Balcony. Cable TV/ DSTV Premium is provided. Wi-Fi(fibre) is provided throughout the apartment BBQ Facilities & Pool on site for you to use whenever you require. Early Check-In Can Be Requested(Subject to Availability).
Guest access:- The building is very secure & has a 24 hour guard on site. Facilities include a braai area, communal pool & sun deck for your use as well as your private parking spot inside the complex.There is direct access to the main Umhlanga swimming beach from the complex. The building is a prime location(situated between the famous Edge of the Sea Complex & Umhlanga Sands), within walking distance to shops & restaurants which are situated within the Umhlanga Village.
