Sea Vista, located in the quiet upmarket suburb of La Lucia, is a newly renovated flat is that enjoys spectacular sea views. Every amenity imaginable is within 2kms, including La Lucia Mall, restaurants, gyms and sports bars. Both Umhlanga to the North and Durban to the South are less than 10 minutes drive. Both have amazing promenades, shops, restaurants and beaches. Enjoy the outdoors year round, cool off in the pool, or enjoy the smart tv in the air-conditioned flat. There is uncapped wifi, with a UPS back-up for loadshedding, and a large dining room table, making it easy for those travelling on business or simply needing to get some work done while on holiday. The flat has a water tank back-up system which ensures continuous water supply during water outages in the area.
Guests are able to contact their hosts at any stage throughout their stay should they need to. However the flat is separate to the house and interactions with the host occurs very infrequently.
La Lucia is an incredibly central, upmarket, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Sea Vista, located in La Lucia, has a wide range of amenities, including La Lucia Mall, restaurants and gyms within 2kms. It has access to a wide range of beaches from Durban through to Umhlanga within 5 to 15 minutes drive. The area is very well serviced by UBER, UBER Eats and Checkers Sixty60
