The property was completed in 2023.
Early retired couple who love the outdoors and meeting new people. We have a miniature schnauzer named Noodle who is very friendly.
Cape St Martin Private Reserve is situated on a peninsula thus we have the sea at our backs and at the front of the property. The West coast of South Africa is a water scarse area. Dolphin and Whale spotting is a great past time. Our shores are teeming with different sea birds. The area is quite with no street lights.
