SeaSalt has a semi-detached guesthouse, called SeaSalt Rest, located on the same property. It is completely private and separated by a locked interleading door. Guests staying in the main house may encounter guesthouse visitors and their pets in the shared driveway area only; all other spaces are private and separate. A gate at the back by the pool connects the two properties, but it remains locked. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A plunger coffee maker, toaster, and kettle are also provided. The adjoining living area includes a dining space and comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for streaming. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely entertainment area with a swimming pool, built-in braai, outdoor seating, and a shaded patio—perfect for sunny afternoons. Secure parking is available in the garage and driveway. Linen, bath towels, swimming towels, and basic amenities such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided. The home is pet-friendly by arrangement.

Poortjies is a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood in Plettenberg Bay, located right next to the lagoon. It’s known for its calm atmosphere, scenic walks, and beautiful mountain and water views. Locals often swim, kayak, or walk their dogs along the lagoon’s edge. The area is quiet yet very convenient, just a short walk or drive from shops, cafés, and restaurants. Poortjies offers a relaxed coastal setting close to nature and all that Plettenberg Bay has to offer.
