This stunning contemporary beach villa is situated on the beautiful Keurbooms Beach. Keurbooms beach is renowned for it’s natural beauty ideal for long walks. This villa has been designed with fantastic outdoor living spaces and has a direct walkway to the beach. The roof top deck accessed from the courtyard by a spiral staircase is perfect for sundowners and has a bar counter, gazebo and sitting area. There are five bedrooms, two of which are not accessed from inside the house. The other three rooms of which one is the master bedroom are in the main house. The open plan and expansive living areas have stack doors and open onto the pool deck, ideal for alfresco living.
