An elevated Cottage with phenomenal views of the ocean. Privately and safely located behind the main house you can enjoy dolphin and whale sightings & stroll to some of the best Ballito restaurants and cafes. The beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a private pool only shared with the main house. Secure parking included. Stairs lead from the parking to the pool area and a further set of stairs onto the cottage above. Reaching the elevated position you will be rewarded with fantastic views.
Robert & Nicky Davies My wife and I stay at the house when in SA and are happy to try and assist when around. Otherwise please book accepting that the cottage is a self contained rental situation.
Quiet residential no through road location a few minutes walk to beach, eateries, shops, bars and other services. Plenty of parking around the local shops and eateries. A 5 minute drive gets you to the Ballito Junction Shopping Mall and the Ballito Lifestyle Centre where you will find a great choice of shops and restaurants and all the facilities you are likely to need.
