The STADIUM GUEST HOUSE is a Bed & Breakfast or Self-Catering serviced air-conditioned establishment. Features two fully equipped studio apartments on the top floor ~ The Bay Window Studio Apartment/ Balcony and the Large Balcony Studio Apartment ~ views the sea/ Robben Island The Downstairs Mid-Level Bedroom en-suite is also equipped for self-catering. TV’s / DSTV channels. Barbecue facility on the sundeck, Jacuzzi in the garden. Free remote control secure garage parking. The guesthouse is located in a quiet, secure, up-market area, opposite the Green Point Stadium / 1 kilometer from V & A Waterfront ~ The area is safe to walk. For security ~CCTV 24/7 outside camera surveillance. BREAKFASTS: Self-catering option or Hot Breakfast. ( Muesli, Wheat Bix, tea, coffee, and sugar are always available in all the units. Extras: Hot breakfast supplied to room or dining room between 7~11 am. at R165 extra per person. On arrival, you will get a set of keys/garage remote and everything in your room of importance will be pointed out to you. location maps, info books, and personal guidance on what's new, what to do, see, and visit will also be given
I Louis Spies a 68-year-old male and Leana is in her early sixties. We both live in the guesthouse on the premises. Leana is my soulmate and life partner of twenty-two years. I worked for twenty-two years in the newspaper and advertising world before Leana and I started the guesthouse in 2002. We both are born and bred South Africans and, see ourselves as fun-loving and people-orientated. We treat everyone with love and respect. Our motto is to let guests feel that our guesthouse is like their Home away from Home. Our main motto is to ensure that our guests do everything they had on their bucket list to visit, see, do, and even more on their visit to Cape Town and surrounding areas. Our longtime friendly domestic lady Primrose, is a Zimbabwean and very dedicated to the cleanliness of the guesthouse. Most important to us!, that our guests leave the Stadium Guest House with good memories and who would want to return. Life is a chatter, our guests and new friends are all that matter! Stadium Guest House is a heritage house, that was built in 1914 ~ and is located one kilometer from the V & A Waterfront. Green Point is all about location and location. It is nestled in a radius of 2. 4 kilometers between Table Bay, Signal Hill, Sea Point, Mouille Point, The V & A Waterfront, and the City center. This little village is in the middle of all the local action and has become very popular~ one of the trendiest residential areas in Cape Town. The guesthouse is located 460 meters opposite the Cape Town Stadium, also called the Green Point Stadium, and was built for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Green Point exudes a village feel and it is safe to walk the narrow villa-lined streets, sidewalks, cafes, and stylish shops. Many homes are Victorian-style restorations built in the early 1900s. Green Point is a vibrant and lively part of Cape Town both at night and day, particularly after dark~ visit our local pubs, clubs, and cabaret restaurants. For the energetic and sports enthusiast, Green Point also has a Virgin Active Gym and a nine-hole Metropolitan Golf Course. Green Point Park in Cape Town is an urban gem. It’s perfect for everyone, from nature lovers to dog walkers & cyclists.
