This warm sunlit house in Simon's Kloof offers two upstairs bedrooms with doors leading onto the balcony; main en suite with king size bed, and a second bedroom with queen bed and family bathroom. The upstairs balcony has breathtaking views of False Bay and surrounding mountains. Downstairs; a relaxed living room, self-catering kitchen, dining area with French doors leading to sheltered outside entertainment patio, a study, and indigenous garden nestled below the mountain. There is a double garage for parking.
Your host will be there to meet you and available should you require any assistance.
A picturesque and quiet neighborhood in beautiful Simon's Town with 24hr security patrol and close to all amenities, makes this the perfect holiday destination. Situated approximately 1km from the main road and 2km's from stunning beaches, this house is close to wonderful nature hike routes, the unique Boulders penguin colony, chartered boat trips to watch the whales, and a half an hour drive from the infamous Cape Point Nature Reserve.
