Property information

Enjoy the sound & view of the ocean in this stylish, recently renovated flat, a stone throw away from the gorgeous beach at the prestigious south side of Umdloti. Flat has 2 balconies with 180 degree views overlooking the ocean & amazing lush garden + pool. Enjoy the rock pools in the Indian Ocean or go for a walk along the beachfront to one of the top Restaurants & shops which are a few minutes away. No car needed. Great for families, couples or business travelers. 10min from Intern Airport.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in the more prestigious South side of Umdloti, often referred to as the "Llandudno of Durban". While the North side of Umdloti is known for its big apartment/holiday blocks of flats, the South side is more residential with a proper community feel, and features beautiful small rock pools perfect for small kids to play in. You can safely (also at night) walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops which takes maximum 10minutes. For super convenience, the local Spar supermarket also does grocery deliveries. Umdloti is a super lovely little beach village, with some of KZN's top restaurants (Bel Punto; Mundo Vida), with supermarkets, hairdresser, pharmacy and other beach life related shops. The Indian Ocean is usually pretty warm, offers good swell for surfers and little rock pools for kids. Umhlanga (where one of SA's biggest shopping mall is) is only 10min away and can be accessed easily through Uber (around R100).
