A light, green, urban sanctuary. Truly unique. This home is a beautiful space to recharge, relax and reflect, a base to explore the city and a hub for creative thinking. It’s a space to get inspired and to plot. The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design.
I am from Johannesburg but I work overseas for a humanitarian organisation. The owners of the house travel extensively with work, so you are unlikely to interact with them. Close by neighbours will be on hand to answer any of your questions and to welcome you to the house. There is a cleaner that cleans the house every Tuesday and Friday (from 9am in the morning). The cleaner will still service the house even if you are there on a Tuesday or Friday. This is in order to maintain the plants and to keep the house in a good condition.
