Summer Rocks 14 -  Beach front self-catering holiday apartment in a complex in Uvongo on the sun drenched coast line of Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast.  Summer Rocks 14 is a lovely three bedroom (7 sleeper) apartment on the second floor.  There are breathtaking sea-views from the balcony. You can breathe in the ocean breeze while relaxing and enjoying the legendary sunsets. Truly a perfect getaway for the discerning holiday maker. There are outside stairs leading to the roof patio, where there are lovely sea-views and a charcoal braai. In the complex there is a communal swimming pool and communal braai's. The apartment boasts an open plan lounge/dining room which leads out onto a spacious balcony. This apartment has WIFI and an open view decoder. If you want DSTV please bring along your own. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine. In the living room there is a freezer for your convenience. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a ceiling fan and opens up onto the balcony with stunning sea-views. The en-suite bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed.  The third bedroom has a combination bed, double at the bottom and a single on top. There is a tumble dryer in the third bedroom. The second bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. The Summer Rocks complex offers secure undercover parking for your convenience. Please Note: The cleaning fee that you are charged is for the preparation and cleaning of the unit before you arrive and after you leave. Daily cleans are available at an extra charge. If a daily clean is required please contact the office. Maximum of 5 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

The famous Uvongo Beach with its stunning waterfall, and lagoon on which to enjoy a paddle boat ride is within walking distance, or perhaps you may choose to relax next to the sparkling complex swimming pool. Uvongo beach has life guards as well as shark nets and is an excellent swimming and surfing beach. The lagoon and beach are protected by steep cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Furthermore, the Pavilion Restaurant overlooking Uvongo Beach, apart from lovely views, also has great food. Below the restaurant is a takeaway shop, ice cream shop, and beach apparel shop. Nearby is St Michaels on Sea which is a small village centred around a fantastic little beach, lagoon, and a small navigable river. This beach is also packed with every kind of holiday activity, an absolute must for those wanting a break from it all. Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is popular beach on the north end of Margate Beach. It has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes swimming safe.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge, with its hair raising swinging bridge, or the crocodile farm within easy travelling distance. The world renowned San La Meer golf course is also an easy trip away and the Mac Banana filled pancakes are to die for!
