This charming free standing house with enclosed garden, is set on 3 levels with park & sea views. Ground level is a double garage with stairs leading to next level. On the 2nd level there is fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & lounge with braai on the balcony. Upstairs on top level is 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The main bedoom has a double bed, TV and balcony. Complimentary DSTV and Fiber.
