A beautiful, luxurious and comfortable home situated in a cul-de-sac within the estate. The home boasts an open-plan kitchen with a pantry and a scullery. This leads into a dining area, lounge, closed patio with braai facilities and then a court area with a beautiful pool and views. There are three bedrooms with one being en-suite and the other two sharing a bathroom. An additional guest toilet is also available. The property also has a garage that parks two cars and a driveway that accommodates two other cars.
Family oriented, keen golfers and outdoor enthusiasts.
The home is situated in a cul-de-sac in the Golf Estate. The estate has 24 hours security and access controlled. There are great views of one of the holes and a small dam in front of the home. The home is within walking distance from the Pecanwood Clubhouse and the Boat Club with views and access to the dam from the estate shores.
