We are privileged to live in the graceful town of Graaff Reinet, in the Great Karoo with views to marvel at and history to appreciate. We enjoy restoring classic period properties and welcome guests to enjoy their stay in this beautiful part of the world. The properties are self check in and while the owner lives on a nearby farm, the manager, Veronica or Tammy, are always available should you wish to meet or have any queries.

Graaff-Reinet is one of the oldest towns in South Africa and one of the most beautiful. There is a strong Cape Dutch architectural influence, and the wide streets are lined with jacaranda and flamboyant trees. There are charming restaurants, museums and cafes, antique shops, spas, a bookshop, deli, and other local businesses, as well as larger country-wide chains for clothing, grocery and equipment purchases. The town is surrounded largely by national park, farms and private game reserves. Most of town's attractions are withing walking distance, especially the restaurants. For the game park, nearby attractions such as Nieu Bethesda, visiting our farm etc then a private vehicle is necessary.
