Experience the charm of our sunny, white double-storey holiday home, offering panoramic views from a spacious deck that overlooks a serene lagoon and a nature reserve bustling with exotic African birdlife. Picture yourself unwinding with a sundowner in hand, lounging in a floating chair or hammock, soaking in the tranquility of your surroundings. Loadshedding: This property is off the grid and uses solar power & batteries. Guests are therefore advised to use the power responsibly during their stay. Property rules No visitors permitted No parties/functions or events No smoking inside the house No hubbly bubbly permitted at all Pet friendly max 3 small to medium potty trained dogs. Must be arranged prior to check-in. Late check-ins In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. Documentation and processes We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.
