This property has been newly renovated, and converted from an office space into a beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment with an amazing view. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The apartment is clean, well looked after, and most of the furniture is brand new. There is also a flat screen TV with Netflix. The swimming pool and waterslides are possibly the most unique features, and guests are welcome to use the facilities during the day. We have installed solar panels, and there is now power continuity during loadshedding.

Bridget (the host of the property) and her family have lived on this property for many years. The house was purchased in 1990, and since then many features and extensions have been added onto it. This apartment is close to Winston Park Primary School, and during the day one may hear some faint laughter or screaming in the distance. Apart from this, it is a very peaceful area with no noise. This neighbourhood is very safe and I am always running or riding my bike around the area without any concern. The property is close to Virgin Active Hillcrest, and Giba Gorge MTB park is a five minute cycle away (haha, one can tell I like exercising). I also like food. Our favourite restaurants are The Black Rabbit, Oscars, Bellevue Cafe, and Olive&Oil. Watercrest Mall and The Pavilion are approximately 15min from the property.
