This property is set on a farm. We have no municipal water and only rely on rain water for drinking and purified dam water for showers.
This area is great for the keen bikers or cyclists. Bring your bicycles, bike or quad bikes to enjoy nature at its best. This is a very safe and free setting. Although you are only 6.5km from town, it feels like you are far away from everywhere. We are only 1km away from Simola Golf Course, for the avid golfers. The club also have great restuarants.

The area is very safe. We are set in nature within the Knysna Forest. We also have a camp area at the dam located on the farm.
We have walking trails on the farm as well.
