Turaco is a 4 star graded loadshedding free Bed & Breakfast establishment, situated in St Lucia KwaZulu-Natal. Turaco will give any guest who visit a peaceful and fully rested break away from home. Choose between 5 luxurious bedrooms each with its own aircon, refrigerator, en-suite bathroom and patio. Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast each morning on our lovely open deck overlooking the swimming area with monkeys playing and birds that sing in the trees.
I cannot wait to share this beautiful town with you. I am an adventurous outdoor type of person and living in St Lucia is absolute bliss. So much to do in this quiet little place on earth surrounded by the sea, the lake and nature reserves. I love this town and I know you would to.
St Lucia, situated in a world heritage site, has numerous restaurants, shops and a craft market. Walking through the neighborhood during the day, monkeys, mongooses, red duiker and bushbuck can be observed. The really fortunate can see hippos on a morning. The nearby white sand beaches is the perfect place to enjoy a day out at the seaside. St Lucia is an excellent bird watching area and on the surrounding hiking trails various species of wildlife can be observed. Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, game drives is some of the activities in our proud little town.
