Introducing Ukuthula – your gateway to tranquillity and relaxation in the beautiful tree lined Scott Estate suburb of Hout Bay! This incredible space offers a harmonious blend of comfort, style, and convenience (including an inverter), making it the ideal retreat for your family holiday or a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We absolutely adore Cape Town and go back as much as possible. We wanted to create a home that was a retreat for us, that you feel you are by the coast but have a hint of a lodge hence the thatched roof. Sharing the space with guests is lovely as we hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.
Hout Bay in general is the perfect spot if you want to be close to everything. Scott Estate has been heralded one of the safest neighbourhoods in Cape Town and the location is sublime, it is a 3 min drive (Google Maps) to the beach (1.2km) and the shops around are lovely, quite a few independents, boutiques, lifestyle shops and an array of gorgeous restaurants and if you feel like wine tasting you are never far from the vineyards around Constantia. You have it all in Hout Bay, such a gem.
