I'm a Interior designer and a Contractor, This tranquil 1 bedroom cottage is very Modern, Well layout design, and very private from the main house. It is less than 13 km from OR Tambo international Airport. very close to 6 Major Shopping Malls: Festival Mall, Greenstone Mall, Norkem mall, Birch Acres Mall, Eastgate and Bedford Centre. Mall of Africa, Sandton Mall. Its a fully furnished Outside Private Cottage with a bathroom (Shower), kitchenette and a Sitting Area with a DSTV and Netflix. It is fitted with ample closet space. The outside entertainment area with a Gas and Coal braai area by the pool, ample parking Space. The Cottage has a gas/Electric stove, Microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, for your convenience. it's basically a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking and serving ( we ONLY provide cooking oil, Braai Spices, salt and pepper ingredients). It has Luxurious quality linean, Towels, Beach towels, Toiletries, DSTV. We do not allow music or noise during the week at all. ONLY weekends, music and noise must be Minimal . No music and noise after 9pm on weekends. We ask that please be Mindful of our Neighbours. Failure to comply will lead to immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. misconduct will be reported to Airbnb immediately. No Visitors will be allowed during your stay. This is very important for guests to understand before making your booking. For security purposes we do not make excpections to this Policy.
