Villa Simonne is nestled in expansive gardens in Houghton, one of Johannesburg’s oldest and most exclusive suburbs, which many prominent South Africans have called home – including the artist William Kentridge and late former state president, Nelson Mandela. Minutes away from the shopping, entertainment and business hubs of Sandton, Killarney, Rosebank and Braamfontein, the Villa is ideally situated for both the leisure and business traveller. Villa Simonne is conveniently positioned on the Gautrain bus route, and its central location allows easy access to the M1 motorway and OR Tambo international airport (approximately 25 minutes away).
