Duikersdrift Winelands Country Escape is a working boutique wine and olive farm situated in the heart of Tulbagh’s Valley of Abundance. Located just 90 minutes from Cape Town, the farm is an idyllic setting in which to experience a romantic getaway or family vacation. The luxury self-catering cottages showcase interiors that reflect a blend of rustic charm and modern sophistication, perfectly complimenting the old-world beauty of Tulbagh. Each cottage offers majestic mountain views and features a kitchenette, smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and large bathtub. Air conditioning, a remote-controlled fan, and a cosy outdoor fireplace ensure total comfort in hot summers and cold winters. A battery backup system ensures our cottages have light during load shedding and unexpected power outages. Outside, a private patio with a braai facility and wood fired hot tub provides a relaxing vantage point from which to enjoy the sunset over the mountains, take in the sounds of the prolific birdlife, or gaze at the canopy of stars. Duikersdrift Winelands Country Escape also offers wine tasting, an on-site restaurant, a breakfast basket which is R350 per couple includes Fruit, yogurt, muesli, ciabatta, ham, quiche, jam, milk and juice. We also offer a secluded guest pool area with pergolas and pool loungers, and a children's playground.
