Whalesong Guest House is situated in the heart of the St Lucia World Heritage Site, between St Lucia and the Indian Ocean along the Elephant Coast. It features a spacious garden and a swimming pool. Each air-conditioned room is individually decorated. It comes equipped with tea-and-coffee-making facilities and the private bathroom includes a shower with free toiletries. A full English breakfast is served in the dining room or on the sunny patio area. For relaxation or those not-to-be-missed sports events, there is a large flat-screen satellite TV in the lounge. The estuary is less than 1km away and the Big 5 Hluhluwe-Umfolozi game reserve is 80 km away. Free WiFi and on site parking is available. Whalesong Guest House is your home, away from home. Kick off your shoes and relax on the terrace under the stars or around our beautiful pool in the tropical garden. Our aim is that you leave with wonderful memories and having met as strangers, you leave hear as friends. We make use of SOLAR panel energy to generate electricity to ensure the comfort of you, our guest - No Loadshedding at Whalesong. We love to share all the must-do and must-see in our beautiful town. all tours can be booked on-site.

St. Lucia is particularly special in that our hippo population share the town with us! In the evenings, the hippos that live in our estuary begin roaming the residential areas in search of food. They will spend the entire night looking for scrumptious grass to graze and head back to their watery home just before daybreak. For this reason, we advise our guests to please drive to and from your dinner and entertainment after dark.
