The most amazing feature of my property is the that it is a few steps away from the beach and has the most magnificent views, The living room doors slide open and it feels as if the waves are breaking at your feet. In addition to being light, fresh and totally open plan, the completely sheltered patio overlooks the solar-heated pool and has a gas BBQ for easy and enjoyable entertainment. The living room has a wood burning fire-place for the cozy days and wood barbeque in the tranquil garden, in addition to a huge indoor entertainment area with a wood barbeque. The best are the long walks on the beach and over to the island, at low tide, with the beautiful Table Mountain always majestically in the back ground. I love the walks on the beach in the early morning and at dusk and the smell and sound of the ocean.

I have been living in the area since 1994, and have owned the property since 2008. I currently live 2 minutes away from the beach house, in an apartment and am on 24 hour stand by for my guests. The minute I walked inside the beach house, I knew it was the property for me - the feel, the views, the location, seeing, smelling and hearing the ocean is what I loved, I have a 2 and a half year old grand daughter that has the same love of the beach as her Ganny and our favorite spot is infront of Ons Huisie Restaurant for her to enjoy the slide on our way home.My favourite time is being outdoors with my partner and grand daughter. I love camping and my hobbies include sourcing and renovating furniture, interior decorating and reading - not that I get too much time for that as I am always busy and out and about.

A short drive will take you to Sea Side Village Shopping where you'll find a Checkers and Woolworths supermarket, a florist, a Colcacchio's, Cape Town Fish Market, Spur restaurants and The Brazenhead Pub and much more. Only meters away from Ons Huise, On The Rocks and Petite Fours Restuarant. Take a walk across the beach to the popular Blue Peter Hotel to enjoy breath-taking sun-downers on the lawned area overlooking the ocean, and a little further is Eden On The Bay Shopping Center with many more restaurants, a Pick n Pay supermarket, clothing and surf shops for surf and kite surfing lessons. Bayside Shopping Center is close by and this offers a Foreign Exchange facility, cinema and many more restaurants and shops. Enjoy the splendid beach with sparkling white sand and the beautiful Table Mountain in the background, this only meters from the beach house with spectacular views.
