A tranquil oasis in the centre of Barrydale, with a long garden going down to a river. The flatlet is separate from the main house, with a courtyard in between. Access to the flatlet is down the side of the property. Kindly note that the flatlet does not have its own dining area. However, guests are free to use the table on the covered verandah of the main house, a few steps away. There is a separate kitchenette, well kitted out with a gas stove, electric kettle, microwave, and fridge. All pots, pans, crockery and cutlery is supplied. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance where guests can eat, should they not wish to do their own cooking. I do have a tenant on the property, and therefore due consideration to his peace and quiet needs to be taken. The property is well situated, in the middle of town. Once here, you can walk to all of the restaurants in town, and there is a supermarket about 100 metres away, in the same road. There are lots of quirky shops nearby, as well as lovely walks.
