I've been in the travel industry for over 25 years and have travelled extensively locally and abroad. I love to travel and love sending clients to stay in some of the beautiful holiday homes we rent out. Guests must fill in a ZEMA form with all guests full names and ID numbers or DOB for the children under 16 We require ID copies of each guest at least 2 days prior to arrival in order to arrange entrance with ZEMA. There is an Admin charge of R 250 should documents not be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival.  Ensure that every guest carries an ID or driver’s license so that copies can be made at the gate  Keys will be presented to you upon arrival at the Welcome Centre against copies of ID or driver’s license of each member in your party.  ZEMA only provide 2 (two) access cards per house/booking. Additional access cards will be charged @ R100 per access card.  No more 6 guests in a 3 bedroom unit will be allowed to stay overnight at the house booked for your group. This includes children. If this rule is not adhered to, a fine will be issued and guests risk eviction by Zimbali Security. Please note guests need to check in before 19h00 at the Welcome Centre

A close walk to the Bushbuck Club, Pool, Restaurant and Tennis courts. •Master Bedroom – King Sized Bed •Bedroom 2 – Queen Sized Bed •Bedroom 3 – Queen Sized Bed Accommodation Includes: -Uncapped Free Wifi -Air conditioning -Fully Equipped Kitchen -Small private patio with chairs and a coffee table -No DSTV but can be streamed from your own account, as can Netflix -Daily cleaning excluding Sundays and public holidays  No parties / events / functions– noise restrictions. No loud noise after 10pm  Zimbali is not a swimming beach  Guests are not allowed during your stay Guests will be sent an invoice for a refundable breakage deposit of R 5000 - due 14 days prior to arrival
